12 साल बाद मोमिता अपने मायके वर्धमान आती है, जहाँ उसे पता चलता है कि उसके भाई और माँ ने पुत्र की चाह में गर्भ में पल रही बच्ची को तांत्रिक के जरिए मरवा दिया था।

उस गुनाह के बाद से घर में उस अजन्मी बच्ची की आत्मा लौट आती है और एक-एक कर परिवार से बदला लेती है। सच का विरोध करने पर मोमिता भी उस प्रेत का शिकार हो जाती है।

कहानी दिखाती है कि बेटी की हत्या गलती नहीं, सबसे बड़ा गुनाह है—जिसकी सज़ा कभी न कभी मिलती ही है।

12 saal baad Momita apne mayke Bardhaman aati hai, jahan use pata chalta hai ki uske bhai aur maa ne beta ki chah mein garbh mein pal rahi bachchi ko tantrik ke through marwa diya tha.

Is guneh ke baad woh ajnami bachchi ki aatma laut aati hai aur dheere-dheere poore parivaar se badla leti hai. Jab Momita sach ka virodh karti hai, toh woh bhi usi shraap ka shikaar ho jaati hai.

Kahani yeh batati hai ki beti ki hatya sirf galti nahi, ek bhayanak guneh hai — jiska hisaab kabhi na kabhi dena hi padta hai.
