Most of us show up in our day to day lives, not realizing that we are showing up as versions of ourselves that are a result of years of conditioning. As a result, we often prioritize the demands of who the external world told us we were supposed to be, rather than the truth of who we really are.

In 20 minutes, we explore some of the fundamentally most important questions about our human experience. Specifically, we ask a very important question: who were you before the world told you who you were supposed to be?

There is so much out there for us, if we are willing to start to become more aware of "the us" that's been showing up -- the versions of ourselves largely conditioned by the world around us -- the version of ourselves which often do not honor the truth of who we really are and how we can show up in a way that will bring most happiness and fulfillment into our lives.

In the first part of this episode, we explore a more tactical step by step framework on how we can begin to Search for More. We start with step 1, becoming the conscious observer -- creating awareness of who we've been showing up -- the patterns, habits and conditioning that force us to show up as versions of ourselves that maybe aren't the real us. In step 2, we start to examine how we can come more into touch with the truth of who we really are and how we can harness this to manifest a life that is vibrant, colorful and fulfilled.

In the second part of How to Search for More, we continue onto steps 3 and 4 of a more detailed framework around how we can better come into touch with the truth of who we really are. In this episode, we explore step 3, becoming more aware of our blocks -- the limiting beliefs we have that keep us stuck -- that keep the "real us" from feeling safe to show up. In step 4, we talk about how to pull all the steps together and begin to let our most authentic self show up in the world.
