In simple words she takes us back to our roots..our childhood! Refreshes our childhood memories of food! I loved it as I feel I really wanted to be told to go back to eating what and how we used to while we were small. she did this convincingly. I eat everything homemade and local and trust me I really feel good. feeling healthy is being healthy 😊
