    Here's what I learned the hard way, friend: doing more and being better is not the same as growing. You can climb an entire ladder only to realize it was leaning against the wrong wall the whole time. Real growth doesn't start with doing more. It starts with a pause — with being still long enough to hear what your heart, soul, and mind actually need in this season. (Psalm 46:10 — "Be still, and know that I am God.")
