“What is a philosopher?”


‘ A person who seeks to understand fundamental questions about:

Existence, knowledge, values, reason and reality through critical thinking and emotional enquiry. ‘


I have always asked questions when I didn’t understand the first answer to my question or if I wasn’t fully satisfied with my perception of the answer I was given. I search for more, to understand. This can be a blessing and a curse as somethings in this world aren’t meant to be understood, they are meant to be lived.


So join me in my practice of Philosophy. As Philosophers seek wisdom; they don’t automatically possess it.


‘Philosophy’ comes from the Greek word ‘Philosophos’ meaning “Lover of Wisdom”

    It's easy to become distracted with all of the stress that life gives you...


    Spilt milk, stupid people, flat tyres, slow WIFI, another IOS update, "Please reset your password", silly questions, raspberries that somehow go mouldy the day after you buy them!


    But does any of this actually matter?


    "It's not real mate" - A Northern mate of mine


    "Stress is made up in your own head" - Another mate of mine (Not Northern)


    Don't let the stuff that matters be drowned out by the noise that life creates.
