We are human beings, yet we rather act as human doings. To listen with our feelings, we are asked to listen to our feelings. What do you feel? How does it feel? There are tons of introspection questions to gain clarity. It is your way to find your way. I can only share what helps me or what I see when I work with my students and clients. 


In today's episode I'll be sharing tools and ideas how to gain more clarity and get closer to your personal alignment. There is only one you and you are so precious and important. 


Listen feelingly, finding your way. No one is going to walk your walk for you.

Today's episode is the last one of the year. 2020, what a transformative year it has been. 
The start of the soaring 20's. 


As always I follow my heart in what to share with you and I felt to honour 2020 and greet 2021 we could do a practice to tune into yourself and all that wants to unfold. Whether you take time for yourself at the turning point of the year or whether you tune into this podcast at another time. Know that the practice and work will always guide you to where you need to go at whatever moment you need it.
