My name is Sylvia Schulz. I am a holistic therapist, mentor and consciousness researcher. For many years, I have supported countless women and a few men in stepping into their power – with the goal of living their true purpose.

For more than 10 years I treated people in my naturopathic practices in Ravensburg and Lindau, Germany until I followed my personal dream in 2021 and moved to the Pacific coast of Mexico together with my partner Andreas.

As a 58-year-old woman, mother, holistic therapist, transformational mentor and facilitator of many women, I feel empowered and called to facilitate this challenging time of transition - with clarity, confidence and transformative power.
