• Episode 86 - Defining a Shake Up with Candice Harvey
    Apr 29 2026

In this episode, I'm giving you a shake up for free. Well, actually, not me, exactly. In this episode I'm joined by one of my favourite humans the one and only Candice Harvey. The QUEEN of shake ups.

I met Candice back in 2021 in a coaching container and since then, we’ve been right in each other’s corners. Candice Harvey is the woman you call when your people, leaders, or entire organisation needs a serious shake up - the kind that drives real action and better results.

Through high-impact workshops, keynotes, and event facilitation, Candice works with teams and leaders to cut through the noise, get clear on what matters, and actually follow through - not just talk about it.

Candice is a performance coach and she understands human behaviour inside out - why people do what they do… and why they don’t do what they know they should.

She’s direct, downright hilarious and so freaking engaging. Not only that, Candice is now also an Amazon Best Selling Author of The Shake Up and host of The Shake Up Podcast.

In this episdoe we're chatting how to spot when you need a shake up, banning the word busy, setting boundaries and going all in.

Trust me, you're going to love this chat!

  • Episode 84 - All my houseplants are dying: The things I'm putting down right now, to go all in on my goals
    Mar 23 2026

Well hello my loves, it's been a while!

Right now, there's a lot going on in my business, we're moving premises, opening a retail store, heading over to Melbourne for the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show, planning our upcoming courses, and all in all, taking the business up a few levels of elevation.

It's a really exciting start to the year, and also it's pretty full on. And lately I've had a few people say 'I don't know how you're doing it all' 'are you ok though' 'how are you managing all of this' These are all valid points. Really they are. And the truth is, I'm feeling a little bit stressed, but mostly I'm doing pretty good and I'm incredibly content with life and business right now. So in this episode, I'm sharing with you what I'm putting down, in order to go all in on my goals and the strategies and mindset I'm employing to quote unquote 'manage it all'.

Whenever I set a new goal, I also think about what might have to be sacrificed in order for me to focus on that. What might need to change in my day to day so I can get the things done that need to get done. And which of the balls I'm juggling will bounce if I drop one, and which would smash.

So if you're creating a goal, decide what you need in order to do it and what you need to put down in order to pick this up.

  • Episode 83 - Fast Action with Shelby Ogden
    Feb 24 2026

Welcome to our first guest episode of 2026!! In this ep, I'm chatting to Perth Wedding Content Creator Shelby Ogden from Weddings with Shelby.

Recently featured on Sunrise, Shelby has made serious and extraordinary moves within the wedding industry. She has built a fully booked business purely through organic content and now helps other wedding vendors realise their own potential and create the same level of demand in their businesses.

Shelby has built her brand from the ground up and is now one of the most iconic and in-demand wedding vendors here in Perth. She’s known for extraordinary behaviour, unfiltered opinions, and an unapologetically bold approach to doing business differently.

She is also the co-host of Weddings Unfiltered, a podcast that dives deep into the wild, wonderful, and sometimes what-the-fuck world of weddings (look out for my episode there soon too when we pod-scap).

Most recently, Shelby launched her newest offer, The 48-Hour Wedding once again disrupting the industry, as she always does and most importantly, working in a way that fits her schedule.

I hope you love this episode with Shelby!

  • Episode 82 - 2016: More than just a trend
    Feb 3 2026

Hello my loves! I want to talk about the 2016 trend. You will have seen this all over insta and I am really loving it and that’s because 2016 feels a little special to me, because for me it’s actually a pivotal moment - the year I started my floristry busieness, so the significance of 2016 and 2026 was something I wanted to share anyway and now it’s a trend. So yay!

I started my floristry business in 2016 when I was 30 so yes, I’m about to be 40 and this year marks 10 years ago we started, me and all my personalities, from my 10 x 6 ground floor apartment dining room table. So this year I’m celebrating a decade in my business, a decade of floristry.

You will have heard the phrase 'don’t compare your year one for somebody else’s year 10' And I completely agree, you absolutely should not be comparing your one to someone else’s 10 but it doesn’t mean that you can’t go after what the person at that year 10 is doing, it just might take time to get there. It probably will in fact, and it probably should. But if you’re not aiming for it how will you possibly achieve it …by accident? So in this episode I'm winding the clock back to 2016 and sharing with you the key differences between my business in year 1 and now in year 10 and giving you an indepth insight to what my business really looks like now.

  • Episode 81 - 2026 Here We Go - Elevation with Intent
    Jan 18 2026

How are you? How has the year begun for you?

I'm starting the year in a strange energy - there’s the expectation of the new year energy, the buzz of new goals and things to chase, and in reality, all of those things have been present for me, they’ve just also been mixed in with school holidays, caring for children, working from home more and wanting to be present in all of those things... the juggle is real... and it's only a few more weeks before a more efficient routine can drop in.

My words of the year for 2026 are ELEVATE with INTENTION

Everything I’m doing this year is under the guidance of elevation. And every move I make is curated with Intention.

Because I know this year is going to be big. Because I intended it so, and because environmentally it is.

In this episode, I'm sharing what my 2026 looks like, and how I plan to make $1million in my business this year. Feel uncomfortable about that, then lean in and listen in and let's change your thinking about what's possible for you too!

Want more of me in your ears and more of this strategy in your biz, join me in The Bloom-print Membership and let’s start getting you on track to your unique business goals in 2026.

  • Episode 80 - 2025 Wrapped in a Bow
    Dec 28 2025

Ahhhhh it’s that time of year. The 2025 season is coming to an end. I’m just waiting for that audio to come back next week haha.

This year has been big on so many levels. And I’ve actually loved this year. It’s been one of my best years in business, I’ve travelled alot, I’ve learnt SOOO much, my relationship with my husband has been really strong, I feel more connected to my kids, myself and really who I want to be and how I want to show up in the world and as I was writing this episode, I felt myself going to downplay it, justify it even, that if there’s been lots of highs there must have been alot of mud to wade through to get there. And really there hasn’t. Now I know that’s not everyone’s experience of 2025 but for me it’s been a really amazing year. And I’ve really enjoyed it.

So to end the year, I want to share with you, the key things that have served me this year, that I’m packing in my back, and throwing on my back with my face beaming toward the sun for 2026.

The key lessons from 2025 that will be guiding me firmly into 2026.

And nows the point where I ask what will be guiding you through 2026? What things from this year have you taken lessons from, what’s been your best attribute that’s pushed you through this year? What’s made and business easier for you in 2025? Carry those through, keep them in your back pocket for when you need it most.

Happy New Year my loves x

  • Episode 79 - Tahnee Skowron on Aligning Values with Business Vision
    Dec 11 2025

In this episode I'm talking to Tahnee Skowron, Perth based plant stylist, creative director and the founder of The Botanic Edit — a luxury plant styling studio and digital magazine for modern plant lovers.

Her journey began in 2020, when she left her corporate job while on maternity leave and fell headfirst into the world of wedding floristry. After years of creating beautiful floral work, she felt called to pivot toward a more sustainable path — one that aligned with her values and her love for green, living design.

Today, Tahnee’s installations appear everywhere from weddings and events to festivals, restaurants, corporate offices, and even Perth’s biggest stadiums. She’s known for her warm, refined approach to styling and her belief that plants can transform any space into something meaningful, calming, and incredibly beautiful.

This November she launched The Botanic Edit Magazine, a cosy digital publication dedicated to plant styling, sustainable living, lifestyle inspiration, and uplifting local creatives and causes. The magazine’s debut issue was enthusiastically received and marked the beginning of a new creative chapter for her brand.

This chat is pure joy, it's a celebration of what happens when you truly align your business vision with your values.
