Taylor Steinke is the Director of Sales Enablement Programs at Spring Venture Group, shaping the sales and professional development strategy for an organization of hundreds of coaches, managers, and agents. His teams are known for excellence, earning the prestigious Pikes Peak Team Award from The Bob Pike Group in 2025 for their participant-centered training and programs. Taylor is also a certified business coach with thousands of hours of hands-on coaching experience.

G.K. Self is a Certified FLOW Business and Professional Coach and a serial entrepreneur who has built successful companies across three industries: financial services, construction, and retail + wholesale importing. He co-founded Aromatica Fine Teas, one of Canada’s largest specialty tea companies.
