This time, it’s just Matt and Ludo catching up and looking back at where life has taken them.

They talk about Ludo’s first season in Basel, now officially finished, the challenges, surprises, and everything that came with stepping into this new chapter. Meanwhile, Matt is finishing up his season and looking forward to the summer break!

Two friends, two different moments of transition, and a conversation about ballet, change, what we’ve learned, and what comes next.

🎙️ New Episode – The Change Room with Matt & Ludo

This episode is a special one for us. We're joined by our longtime friend and former Stuttgart Ballet colleague, Marijn Rademaker. We've known each other for almost 20 years, sharing the stage, touring the world, countless rehearsals, and, above all, a lot of laughter.

Today, Marijn tells us about his inspiring new venture, WinnDance a project that brings together movement, sustainability, innovation, and a fresh way of thinking about dance and its impact.

It's a conversation about friendship, life after performing, reinventing yourself, and turning passion into purpose.

We hope you enjoy listening to this conversation as much as we enjoyed having it.

In Season 2, Episode 3 of The Changeroom, Matt and Ludo are finally back together after some time apart—catching up, reflecting, and diving into a wide-ranging conversation.

From recent travels to Australia and Florida to thoughts on going around the world, we also touch on hierarchy within the company and how it shapes our daily work. Along the way, Matt takes on a spontaneous ballet quiz—with mixed results.

A relaxed and honest episode—just the two of us, back in the room.
