In today’s episode, we dive deep into these feelings and thoughts that can make our hearts and soul feel so heavy and lost. 

I discuss five different ways that helped me, especially this week, in overcoming them.

In today’s episode, we discuss a couple lessons that I’ve learned and am still learning from Paris and trying to implement into my everyday life: 

• Taking My Time (forcing myself to slow down a bit and just enjoy my day)
• Releasing the Illusion of Perfection on a day, time, or moment in life because it can be so crippling and immobilizing

Life is not perfect, this episode is not perfect, I am not perfect, but somehow that’s okay. We are all humans and trying to just find our way in life.
