Today Jon’s involved with the technical education community serving on the advisory committees for 11 technical colleges in Wisconsin and Minnesota, doing outreach and industry collaboration bringing HVAC contractors, college educators and students together to create career opportunities and job placement. Jon’s also an active industry spokesperson introducing high school educators and students to the HVAC industry.
