Norah is a Pilates Teacher on a mission. There needs to be greater representation in the Pilates Studios. People with disabilities can be doing and teaching Pilates so Norah is consulting with other studio owners on how to accommodate new people in their spaces.

Carissa and Martin enjoyed a double-feature conversation. Part 1 and Part 2 are included. Part one was a deep dive into our training methodologies and how we tie hypertrophy into Pilates. Mychele talked with Martin and Misty about the people that has influenced her in journey.  There is a "See It Be It" moment: that moment when you realize it is possible... for you. Representation matters and Mychele talked about the release of her classes on the Pilates Anytime platform and how signficant that is.
