Dr Lawrence Ang is a marketing expert who has worked on a diverse range of marketing projects, including advertising pre-testing, campaign tracking, pricing, brand health assessment, market sizing, new product evaluation and customer satisfaction. He recently published the textbook Principles of Integrated Marketing Communications: An Evidence-based Approach, focused on new technologies and advanced theories. Lawrence has research interests in advertising effectiveness, media studies, customer relationship management, and consumer behaviour. He has a first-class honours in psychology and holds a PhD from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He also teaches on executive MBA programs, and conducts in-house training for corporations.
Suresh Sood, our resident AI expert and Chief Data Scientist at Simple, is one of Australia’s foremost experts in big data and machine learning, crossing the divide between academia and real-world practice in industries ranging from financial services to law enforcement.
