    Blueberry Crunch 1-22-26

    1 Can (20oz) Crushed Pineapple with Juice

    1 Box (18oz) Yellow Cake Mix

    3 Cups of Frozen or Fresh Blueberries

    1/3 Cup of Sugar

    1 Stick of Melted Butter

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Spread Pineapple in buttered 13x9 baking dish
    3. Sprinkle with Cake Mix, Blueberries & Sugar (Also 1 Cup of Chopped Pecans)
    4. Drizzle with the melted Butter and Bake for 45 Minutes or till Bubbly

    So good topped with Whippie or Vanilla Ice Cream....

  • How To Host A Wine Tasting

    Cheesy Zucchini Fries 1-15-26

    1 Mix 1/3 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs, ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese

    & ¼ tsp of.salt, in a pie plate

    1. Cut 3 Zucchini into sticks (cut the ends off)
    2. Dip each stick into milk, then dredge in the cheesy crumbs,

    pressing to adhere

    1. Arrange on a rack on a parchment lined baking sheet &
    2. coat Sticks with cooking spray
    3. Bake at 425 degrees in a preheated oven for 25 minutes –
    4. turning once
    5. Can be used as a side dish or an appetizer with a Ranch Dip

  • Red Wine Pairings

    Easy Brisket

    1 4-5 lb.Brisket

    1 Envelope dry onion soup mix

    2 Tbl. Worcestershire Sauce

    1 Cup of Red Wine

    1. Place brisket in a shallow baking pan
    2. Sprinkle onion soup over brisket
    3. Pour the Worcestershire & wine (Mixed together)
    4. into the pan, NOT over Briskee
    5. Cover with foil & bake at 325 degrees for 5-6 hours
