    Mimosas (Sparkling Wine (Proseco) & Orange Juice)

    Spatkling Apple Cider

    Pinot Grigo (Your favorite Brand)


    Ice Bucket with Ice &Tongs

    Glasses for the above Drinks (No Plastic)

    Salad

    Large Bowl of Greens ( Romaine &___________)

    Mixed & tossed with Shredded Swiss Cheese,Gr. Onion & Cherry Tomatoe

    Halves


    Salad Dresstngs

    Bowls of Ranch Dressing & Italian Dressing (your favorites) with Spoons



    Corn Muffins

    Made with your favorite corn muffin mix-- Made the day of the party!

    With a Plate/Sm. Tray of unsalted butter (2 Sticks) cut into Pats – cold

    Put the Muffins in a cloth covered Basket - Serve warm



    Egg Casseroles – 2



    Cheese Souffle Strata

    8 Eggs

    4 Cups Milk

    S&P & Mrs Dash

    ½ -1 tsp Dry Mustard

    16 Slices of Egg Bread

    12 oz. Cheddar Cheese – Shredded

    12 0z. Swiss Cheese – Shredded, (Mix Cheeses together)

    1 Small Onion, Cubed and Sauteed

    Can also add cooked Spinach OR Sauteed Vegetable of your choice (?)


    1. Butter a 13 x 9 Dish/Pan
    2. Trim Bread Crusts – if you wish
    3. Place 8 slices of Bread on bottom of dish
    4. Cover with half of the cheese, All of the onion & (?)
    5. Repeat 2nd Layer of Bread & Cheese
    6. Beat the Eggs, Milk, S&P, Mrs Dash. Dry Mustard till combined
    7. Pour over the Bread & Cheese
    8. Refrigerate Overnight
    9. Take out and let at room temp for an half hour
    10. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    11. Bake (uncovered) 1 hour or till puffed and done

    This is great – you can make it the day before and just have to bake it on Brunch D



    Breakfast Brunch Casserole

    12 Eggs (Beaten & Mixed Well)

    2 Cans (7oz) Chopped Green Chilies

    2 Pkgs (16oz) Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    1. Drain Green Chilies and save the Juice
    2. In a Bowl, beat the Eggs with the Green Chillie Juice & S&P
    3. Spray a 13x9 Dish/Pan with oil
    4. Spread 1 Pkg of Cheddar Cheese on bottom of Dish
    5. Layer the Chilies over the Cheese
    6. Top with the Remaining Pkg of Cheddar Cheese
    7. Pour Eggs over the top and Bake 350 degrees uncovered for 45 Minutes


    CASSEROLES CAN BE BAKED AT THR SAME TIME*******


    Sausages

    A Tray of Links & Patties - Make one Spicy!

    I would do 16-20 of eacn

    Choose your Brand - there are so many, use what you like



    Tray of Sliced Fruit

    This is seasonal, so choose whats in season and fresh



    Dessert

    Bring out After everyone is finished eating


    Double Fudge Brownies (your favorie rexipe or mix)

    Bakery Cooktes and/or Copcakes from you favorite store

    I also like to put out a Bowl of wrapped Chocolate Candies

    Coffee - Tea ??????

    Drunk Biscuits 3/11/26 #10

    3 ¼ Cups of Bisquick mix

    ¼ tsp of salt & pepper

    1 & 2/3 Cup of Beer

    1. Combine all ingredients & spoon into

    12 oil sprayed muffin tin cups

    1. Bake at 400 degrees in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or till golden brown

    I made them & put on sliced ham & mustard – like a

    sandwich & served with potato salad and/or coleslaw

    Porcupine Clusters 3/5/26 #9

    ¼ Cup of white corn syrup

    1 (12 oz) package white chocolate morsels

    2 Cups of chow mien noodles -(the brown hard ones)

    ¾ Cup of salted peanuts

    1. On low heat, melt corn syrup & white chocolate
    2. Pour over chow mien noddles & peanuts in a bowl

    and mix well

    1. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax or parchment paper
    2. Refrigerate to harden. (30 minutes) Store in air tight container

  • Buffet Party With Recipes

    Smoky Gouda Spread

    ¾ Cup of Chopped Roasted Walnuts or Pecans

    1 8oz package Smoked Gouda Cheese

    1 8oz package of Softened Cream Cheese

    ¼ Cup sliced Green Onions

    1. Discard red edge of the Gouda & grate the Gouda
    2. Use mixer to combine the Cream Cheese & Gouda Mixture
    3. Stir in the Nuts & Green Onions
    4. Serve with Apple slices & Crackers


    Salmon with Maple Mustard Glaze

    4 Salmon Filets- Skinless (6oz) Each

    ¼ Cup of Maple Syrup

    3 Tbl. Coarse Grain Mustard

    2 Tbl. Light Brown Sugar

    1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    1. Lightly coat a shallow Baking Dish with oil spray
    2. Place filets in Baking Dish
    3. In a small bowl, Whisk together Syrup, Mustard & Br. Sugar
    4. Pour over Salmon and bake 15-29 Minutes or till fish flakes easilyGarnish with Parsley

    Baked Rice

    2 Cups of uncooked white rice

    1 Stick of butter

    1 (10 ½ oz) can cream of celery soup

    1 (10 ½ oz) can cream of onion soup

    1. Combine all ingredients plus 1 ½ cups of water
    2. Pour into a buttered 3 quart baking dish

    Bake at 350 degrees in a preheated oven for 1 hourked Ric




    Broccoli Cheese Salad

    4 Cups of Fresh Broccoli, Cut into bite size pieces

    1 Red Onion, Chopped

    8oz. Cubed Cheddar Cheese

    6 Slices of Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled

    1. Combine all ingredients & toss with the following dressing.
    2. 1 Cup Mayo, ¼ Cup Sugar, 2 Tbl Vinegar - Mix well
    3. Pour over Salad and Mix well! Let sit in refrig. For a couple hours

    before serving.

    It's one of the best, you'll make it many times.


    Peachy Sundae

    1 Pint of Vanilla Ice Cream

    ¾ Cup of Peach Preserves –Warmed

    ¼ Cup of Toasted Chopped Almonds

    ¼ Cup of Flaked Coconut

    1. Divide Ice Cream into 4 Sherbet Bowls
    2. Top with Warmed Peach Preserves
    3. Sprinkle with the Almonds and the Coconut

    I sometimes serve it with a Butter Cookie

    Sausage Cheese Balls

    1 Pound of Jimmy Deans Hot Pork Sausage (uncooked)

    1 Pkg (16oz) Shredded Cheddar

    3 Cups of Bisquick

    1/3 Cup of Milk

    1.Combine all ingredients & form into small balls (if too sticky add 2 Tbl Bisquick)

    1. Bake on Parchment lined Cookie Sheets at 375 degrees for 13-15 Minutes
    2. Serve with a toothpick & a side of sweet/hot mustard for dipping.

    You can freeze them on a cookie sheet & put in plastic bags & use whenever

    Best Black Bean Soup

    2 Cans of Bush's black beans (undrained)

    1 Can (16 oz) of chicken broth (2 Cups)

    ½ Cup of Salsa

    1 Tbl. Chili powder

    1. Mash 1 can of beans with masher, fork or food processor
    2. Pour both cans of beans into medium saucepan (mashed & whole)
    3. Add chicken broth, salsa & chili powder & bring to boil. Turn off heat.
    4. You can serve topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, onion or cilantro

    El Pronto Chicken

    4 boneless /skinless chicken breasts (the halves)

    1 stick of butter - melted

    ¾ Cup of seasoned breadcrumbs

    ½ Cup of Parmesan cheese

    1. Dip chicken in the melted butter
    2. Mix together breadcrumbs, cheese & some
    3. garlic powder & salt & pepper
    4. Roll the buttered chicken in the breadcrumbs
    5. Place in a 9” x 13” greased baking dish/pan
    6. Cover & bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 55 minutes
    7. Serve with a bed of rice or potatoes and a green vegetable

    1 Can (5oz) Tuna (Solid Albacore) – drained

    1 Pkg. (1oz) Dried Italian Dressing Mix

    1 Carton (8oz) Sour Cream

    2 Green Onions with tops – chopped

    1. Combine all and mix well
    2. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving

    I serve with Crackers, Potato Chips or Tortilla Chips
