• Episode 55: The Joy is in the Work
    Jan 19 2026

What if the joy you’re searching for isn’t at the destination, but in the work you commit to every day?

In the first episode of 2026, we’re closing out Capricorn season and exploring how to build discipline, structure, and consistency that actually supports your life long-term. This episode is about creating foundations —not from pressure or burnout, but from self-trust, devotion, and intentional daily habits.

We talk about what the work really means: intrapersonal growth, showing up for yourself, and building habits like morning and nighttime routines that ground your energy and support your nervous system. I also walk you through how to create a personal proof-tracking system so you can tangibly see how your life is changing, even when your mind tells you it’s not.

    This episode will help you:

    • Build consistency without forcing

    • Create routines that support mental health and momentum

    • Carry Capricorn season energy throughout the year

    • Lay a grounded foundation for personal growth, wellness, and success in 2026

The joy isn’t in rushing to get to the finish line. The joy is in the every day work.

  • Episode 54: 2025 Wrapped — The Year I Got Honest & Stopped Skipping Steps
    Dec 31 2025

Welcome back to The Joy Ride Podcast! This is my final episode of 2025 and it’s an honest one.

In this episode, I reflect on a year that looked nothing like I initially thought it would. This year really took me by surprise! I share what had to be deconstructed after making the decision to move out of Austin, how I slowly reclaimed my life force energy and what it required to be radically honest with myself, my family and my friends about where I truly was - emotionally, financially, spiritually, all the ways.

We talk about the temptation to skip steps, the humility of working with an uncomfortable season instead of fighting it and what it meant to make North Carolina work for me instead of seeing it as something to escape. I open up about the grief, the clarity, the fear, the anxiety and the unexpected blessings this year has brought me. I also explore what it actually means to "clear space" and why a longer season can feel like you're moving backwards in life, but in actuality, everything is working in your favor behind the scenes.

If you’re in a season where nothing is taking shape yet, where you're doing so much self reflection work that only you can see, you feel like you're so close yet still so far behind, but you know something is aligning for you, this episode is for you. Sometimes the quiet years where we let ourselves quietly realign are the ones that change everything moving forward.

I love you and am so proud of you!

  • Episode 53: Living at Home as an Adult - Confronting Old Patterns & Preparing for the Big Leap with Jordyn Berlent
    Dec 26 2025

Welcome back to The Joy Ride Podcast! This episode is a raw, honest conversation about a season many people in their late 20s and early 30s find themselves in, but rarely talk about openly: moving back in with your parents as an adult while you’re still figuring out what’s next.

I’m joined by my friend Jordyn, who I met here in Raleigh, North Carolina during a deeply transitional moment for the both of us. We crossed paths just weeks before she was preparing to leave Raleigh for her move to Austin, Texas (how ironic!) while I was coming to terms with being rooted here, for the time being.

We talk about what comes up when you return "home" to live with your parents but with newfound adult awareness — igniting old family dynamics, understanding familial patterns, confronting old identities you thought you had outgrown and what it means to build peace in a place and season that doesn't really suit you. We explore the emotional tension of knowing what you want next for yourself in life but not yet seeing the how — and how being in a holding stage can bring up resistance, grief, humility, inner clarity and unexpected growth.

This conversation is about learning how to honor where you are without forcing it to be permanent. About making the most of a season you didn’t plan, finding meaning in the pause and trusting that sometimes the in-between is doing far more for your next destination that you could ever see.

If you’re navigating career or financial uncertainty, living somewhere that doesn’t quite reflect who you are anymore or learning how to make peace with a transitional chapter before the next big leap, this episode will speak directly to you.

  • Episode 52: Rewriting the Money Beliefs I Inherited
    Dec 8 2025

I’ve been thinking a lot about the difference between my parents’ relationship to money and mine and being back in Florida for Thanksgiving made all of it crystal clear. When I’m around my family, I can feel the programming I grew up with. I can see exactly where I absorbed their belief and exactly where I’m meant to evolve beyond them. I can use their knowledge as power, while also choosing where I want to be different.

Their generation was built on responsibility: doing what you had to do, stretching every dollar, prioritizing safety, security and practicality. My relationship with money is built on freedom and choice. If I want something, I instinctively move toward it — not out of recklessness, but out of pure desire. Out of the belief that money is meant to circulate, support and elevate my life.

My therapist reframed this for me so clearly: My parents weren’t wrong for being responsible and I’m not wrong for wanting more. They have taught me so much about the power of being disciplined and what sacrifice is. We were shaped by different worlds. They learned to survive. I’m learning to thrive.

The work now is choosing which parts of their programming I honor and which parts I release, so I can build a reality rooted in desire, security, expansion and freedom. This trip made me realize: I get to take what supports me and rewrite everything that doesn’t.

In this episode, I’m breaking down what it looks like to evolve your financial identity, rewrite inherited beliefs and consciously choose a life that reflects who you are now, not who you were raised to be.

  • Episode 51: How to maintain your strength + peace in chaos and why honoring your grief moves you forward in life
    Nov 24 2025

Welcome back! We are officially in holiday season, so in honor of all that's to come (the good + the bad) I wanted to share how I'm keeping myself sane and connected to my center during this time (Mercury in Retrograde, lots of family time, ending the year, letting go of what's no longer serving me, etc.) This week was filled with highs and lows, heightened emotions and unexpected grief coming to the surface. I share how Astrology and Human Design help me consistently reconnect with the ways in which I'm able maintain my peace, connect to my identity and uphold my personal boundaries. Additionally, I talk about how important it is to honor grief when it comes up, what it teaches us about our past and how we can use it as a tool to move us forward in life.

  • Episode 50: How to let go, reset and call in something new (plus my 5 step unblocking process)
    Nov 18 2025

Welcome back to The Joy Ride podcast! I'm so happy to have you here with me. In today's episode, we're talking about the art of letting go: how to know when it's time to let go, what to do to let go, how to recalibrate after letting go and understanding when it's time to call in something new.

This year has taught me all about the beauty of letting go and how to surrender to the current chapter of my life so that I can prepare for the next one.

This time of year is so special because as things wind down, we are given more time and space to focus on what we want to continue in the new year vs what we don't. I urge you to take these next 6 weeks to focus on exactly what it is in your life that you're ready (and willing) to let go of so that you can make space for new experiences.

As always, if you find this episode transformational or moving, I'd appreciate your help in sharing it with others and/or rating the show!

  • Episode 49: New York brought me back to life
    Nov 3 2025

Welcome back! In today's episode we're covering a few different topics: what it means to wrap up a 9 year (in Numerology) and why these next two months are so important before we enter a 1 year, how to get comfortable and create progress in your life without knowing "how" you're going to get there and why it's so important to take inventory of what different environments bring out in you!

I share about my recent New York fall trip and how deeply this experience affected me, how I'm dealing with not having clarity on my next steps and why I have to continue to show up, even if I don't understand the path forward.

As always, I aim to share my knowledge and wisdom to aid you in your own spiritual evolution and personal development journey.

I would love to hear your thoughts, have you share this episode with someone you love and have you leave a rating for the podcast!
