Soul Soother is about being the type of person who has an uncanny ability to sooth and calm people in crisis. Its an interesting ability that combines empathy and patience to help bring calm and balance back to other people. Its a gift I watched my mother perform, my grandmother, and me. Letting Go & embracing Minimalism is about trying to sort out a life of things. Stuff we accumulate over the years, or even the lifetimes of things were are left with after someone dies. Its an overwhelming amount of stuff. Trying to let go of lives, memories, and just things is challenging. This is my battle to let go of not only my own abundance of things, but to sort out the many lives of past family I am stuck with. We Will Always Have Paris, Wont We? Is about by first and only trip to Paris France. A country and city I desperately wanted to fall in love with. The trip was a heartbreakingly experienced tarnished with racisms, cruelty, and unexpected hostility. I still want to love Paris, and am trying to get my courage up to try again, just to prove that first experience was some strange alternate reality. I want to love Paris, I wont give up trying.
