This is my journey to battle my anxiety.  It is my way to open up and allow myself to be honest and human.  Not knowing who will hear this or what the reaction will be, I am open and honest, choosing to display all my faults and flaws for the world to see.  My mission is to become a better human for it, and hopefully to help other people see they are not alone in the anxieties and challenges they face.  My goal is to help other people find their authentic voice, and maybe find a way to help guide those in need.  

I have no idea where this project will end up, but I am determined to find out.

The Life Authentic is a project first started to work on personal anxiety, but grew into a more complex discussion about adulting, modern life, and finding your true authentic voice. This is an introspection and personal vlog that contemplates adult topics and mental health. The Life Authentic is growing into an organization to help other people find their true voice.
