Welcome to the mental wealth mamas podcast. We are two mums, Ellie and Jade, who are on a mission to end the silence that surround mental health. We will be talking to people from all different walks of life, both in the public eye and your every day person to show that mental health does not discriminate and by ending the silence, we can end the stigma. We talk about ALL things mental health and very much draw from our own experiences. We are in no way medical professionals and always encourage you to seek help via your gp or therapy services. Each episode is very different and we cover a range of topics from post-partum depression, OCD, anxiety and what it ultimately means to achieve mental wealth.If you have found yourself here, we hope you find whatever you need in these episodes, to feel seen, heard and to heal. Above all, we hope to be your constant reminder that asking for help makes you so powerful, it does not make you weak.
