Reframe The Picture Series - Part 1

What if the life you’re praying to escape is actually trying to teach you how to see?

    You’ve been asking Why me?

Not because you’re broken, but because you’ve been only looking at the pain, obstacles, and survival.

In this Part 1 of my Reframe the Picture series, I will introduce what I found and believe to be a grounding truth that sets the tone for the entire journey ahead: that transformation doesn’t always require a new life — sometimes it requires a new way of seeing the one you’re already in with a different lens.

Most people who have reached a level of success will tell you they all didn’t start out with a million-dollar vision but with survival. This episode explores how reframing isn’t about erasing pain, rushing healing, or pretending it didn’t hurt. It’s about reframing the meaning so clarity, compassion, and direction can return.

This episode is an invitation to pause the pressure to fix everything and instead, gently ask what this season may be forming in you.

In this episode, we’re talking about:

    • Why rushing to fix things in your life can keep you stuck.
    • What reframing really is — and what it isn’t.
    • How pain can distort your perspective.
    • Why renewing your mind doesn’t mean denying reality.
    • Learning to slow down to see your current season with grace.

In this episode I will lay the foundation for the Reframe the Picture method an 8 part series designed to help you see yourself - and your story - and your future - clearly again.

Reminder: You are not behind. You are in process.

If you’re entering the new year tired, but hopeful this is the episode for you.

In Part 2 of the Path Podcast Unfinished but Unfolding series, we go deeper into the conversation.

This isn’t about rushing into resolutions or pretending last year didn’t come with some obstacles. This episode is about being renewed.

If Part 1 helped you understand where you are, Part 2 helps you learn how to move forward—renewed, not pressured.

In this episode, we’re talking about:

    • The real work of renewal.
    • The “soft reset” we all need,
    • The mindset you’re taking into 2026.
    • You are not unfinished - you are unfolding.

Here's a quick reminder for you as we close out 2025: You’re not walking into the new year behind. You’re walking in renewed and ready to finish the work you were destined to complete - and if you don’t check all the boxes - remember you don’t need to finish everything to be right where God needs you.

“You didn’t finish everything — but everything you finished matters.”

This isn’t just another end of year reflection. This is a release.

In this episode, we’re letting go of the guilt, the unmet expectations, the heavy stories you carried longer than you should have, and the pressure to be perfect. This episode walks you through the emotional, spiritual, and mental reset you needed long before the year tried to shut its door.

Today, we will pause, reflect, breathe again and learn why God cares more about the direction we’re going more than our deadlines. Even if you didn’t finish everything — this episode reminds you that you’re not behind… you’re becoming.

We will laugh a little and discuss some honest heart work to help us explore what it looks like to end the year with clarity instead of shame, renewal instead of regret and courage instead of comparison.

You are not unfinished — you are unfolding.

Here’s what you’ll walk away with:

    • Honest end of year reflections
    • Renewal doesn’t mean perfection
    • What Romans 12:2 really means for your mindset
    • Letting go and making room for next
    • A renewed mind for tomorrow and the NewYear!

Before the calendar resets, let your mind reset. Before the new year opens its door - make sure you close this one well.

Do the work so the next chapter will reveal the strength this chapter taught and grew in you.

  • The Power of HOPE!
    Nov 27 2025

    Send us a text

In this solo episode, we’re talking about HOPE - it’s the light that cuts through the darkest nights, the quiet strength that whispers “keep going” when life feels unbearable and a reminder to Hold On—Pain Ends.

Hope isn’t just a feeling; it’s a mindset and a daily practice. No one is exempt from challenges, but we all have the power to rise above them.

Inside this episode, you’ll learn a simple lesson about holding on to hope:
Write down 3 things you’re grateful for — morning and night.
These small “breadcrumbs” help you see that everything is not bad, even in hard seasons.

You’ll also hear a powerful reminder from Lovely One by Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson:
“Guard your spirit. To dwell on the unfairness of life is to be devoured by it.”

Be encouraged today to hold on to hope — even in the challenging times. Your story isn’t over. Hope is still working.

  • What Does Success Look Like To You?
    Oct 16 2025

    Send us a text

Success looks different for everyone. It don’t come wrapped one way. What success looks like for one person might not be what it looks like for you.

See, we all might end up at the same destination, but the roads we take? They’re not the same. Some of us had to crawl. Some had to climb. Some had to fight our way through seasons we didn’t even see coming and for others they glide in unscathed.

My point is - so stop trying to copy somebody else’s picture — you don’t know the pain, the process, or the price they paid to get there.

In this week’s solo episode, we’re asking what does success look like to you?

I learned a long time ago - never to wish for what others have, because I don’t know what they had to survive to get it.

So today, I’m asking you — what does success look like to YOU?
Not your neighbor. Not your coworker. Not the person on social media. You.

In this episode, I’m dropping questions to make you think, reminders to keep you grounded, and the motivation to keep building — even when the journey gets heavy. Don’t let obstacles make you forget what you’re built for.

Because the version of success that’s got your name on it — it’s already written. You just gotta keep walking the path.

  • Pain Was the Turning Point — Not the End
    Oct 2 2025

    Send us a text

“Every problem introduces a person to himself.” – John McDonnell

Let’s be real — pain has a way of knocking the wind out of you when least expected. You didn’t ask for it. You didn’t see it coming. And yet, here you are… face to face with the version of yourself that only shows up when life gets real.

In this solo episode, I'm not speaking from a place of perfection, but from a place of honesty. In life, pain doesn’t announce itself - but when it shows up it forces you to pause, pivot, and press through.

This isn’t just about survival, this is about reclaiming your power.
We don’t erase the pain — we reframe it. We don’t pretend it didn’t hurt — we own it, and we decide to heal forward.

Healing doesn’t have a deadline. Your timeline is yours and yours alone — but know this: you will heal… if you choose to chase it.
