• Episode 18: How I’m Really Doing With The Move

    So I moved a month ago (actually it’s been more like 2 weeks, but about a month’s worth of stuff has happened so it feels like a month), and it’s been nonstop madness ever since (in a good way…mostly).

    As a business owner, things can get a little crazy sometimes. Running a multi-six figure business definitely has its upsides, but it also has its downsides. Trying to juggle the business while moving was a friendly reminder of trust, resilience, gratitude, and also to slow down. It was also a reminder to not skip self care, no matter how busy things may seem. Even though it feels like we just need to get to the finish line, I was reminded over and over that there is no finish line in business, or in life.

    Despite the madness, we managed to generate almost $30K in December, and had the most successful Revenue Room launch I could have asked for. And I couldn’t have asked for a better group of girlies 🥹. In this episode I get vulnerable, and share what it’s actually like running my business.

  • Episode 16: How Becca Made $14K in 2 Weeks

    2 weeks ago, a new client, Becca, joined Revenue Room. When she joined, she mentioned she had been in more than one program in the past, and they helped but she wasn’t quite seeing the monetary results. Her birthday was approaching in December (it’s today!), and her goal for the month was to hit $5-10K. She is very smart and had an operating business, but had never quite reached that goal before.

    We reviewed her sales process and immediately noticed some recurring patterns. Becca was very open and started taking action and making shifts right away. 1 week after joining, she hit $7K 😯. Despite her fast results, she didn’t get comfortable- she kept implementing and 1 week after that, she messaged in celebrating just under $14K in sales 🥹.

    While this is the biggest win inside so far, every client inside has made thousands. and we haven’t even officially started yet- we’re still in beta!

    This week marks 2 years since I made the decision to leap from my serving job into my business. So, in this episode, I revisit the story of my journey from being a server to a successful entrepreneur. I share why being ready is a myth, why having support from someone who’s been there is so essential, and why delegation is so important.
