  • S2, E30: Officially Signing Off from The Revolutionized Mind (with Carlea Blight)
    Nov 28 2025

For the last ever episode of The Revolutionized Mind, I asked my best friend to interview me! In this final episode, I reflect on everything the podcast has been and everything it has opened up in my life. We talk about my evolution as a podcaster, the goals I’ve reached along the way, and the behind-the-scenes growth that shaped me both on and off the mic. We also dive into my journey on social media, including what it’s been like to share things publicly while still staying grounded in my own reality. We explore some broader themes too: youth mental health, the trends we’re seeing in this space, and the changes I believe still need to happen. Lastly, we talk about what’s coming next, where my energy is moving, and how I hope to continue making an impact beyond the podcast.

This final episode is full of gratitude, reflection, and heart. Thank you all for listening, supporting, sharing, and growing with me over the last five years. The Revolutionized Mind will always be one of the most meaningful chapters of my life, and I’m so grateful we got to live it together 💜

  • S2, E29: The End of an Era - THANK YOU!
    Nov 21 2025

This episode marks a bittersweet moment: after five incredible years, The Revolutionized Mind is officially coming to an end. In this final solo episode, I open up about why it feels like the right time for me to close this chapter and what led me to make this decision. I reflect on the incredible journey this podcast has taken me on. From recording my very first episode with no idea where it would lead, to building a community that has reached listeners across the globe, I never could have imagined achieving all that I did. These past five years have taught me so much about vulnerability, courage, and connection. I am so immensely grateful for every guest who trusted me with their story, every listener who tuned in, every person who reached out to say an episode helped them, and every single person who has supported me along the way. This podcast wouldn't be what it is without each and every one of you. And while I'm not 100% sure where I am heading next, I am very excited to take a pause, self-reflect, and continue aligning with the person I want to become.

We’re not done just yet, though! There will be one final, very special episode coming out next week. But for now, this solo episode is my way of saying thank you for allowing me to be here.

  • S2, E28: Keeping it Real (with Victoria Garrick Browne)
    Nov 14 2025

This week on The Revolutionized Mind, I’m joined by the one and only, Victoria Garrick Browne! This episode is a truly special one for me. Victoria Garrick Browne has been one of my biggest inspirations over the past several years. Her authenticity has not only shaped the way I think about mental health, body image, and social media, but also the way I try to show up in my own life and work. To have her on the podcast truly feels like a full-circle moment I’ll never forget. In our conversation, Victoria reflects on her own evolving identity and the many chapters that have shaped her. From being a student-athlete talking about mental health to becoming a leading voice for self-compassion and realness, Victoria’s content has shifted as she’s grown through life. We explore what it means to live so much of your life in public while still protecting the parts that are just yours, how she’s learned to balance influence with intention, and the ongoing process of redefining herself beyond the titles she’s known for. We also dive into the messy, human side of it all, discussing body image struggles, social media pressures, the courage it takes to be real, and the beauty in allowing yourself to change. This conversation is an honest and uplifting reminder that growth isn’t about having all the answers, but about giving yourself permission to keep becoming who you’re meant to be.

Thanks so much for tuning in today! If you enjoyed the episode, please don't forget to subscribe to the show and leave a rating and/or review on whatever platform you're listening on. New episodes will be coming out every Friday. Be sure to follow me on social media @therevolutionizedmind for all the updates!
