In this episode, I’m opening my heart and sharing something really sacred, my personal journey of healing after miscarriage. This isn’t just about grief, it’s about reclamation. It’s about remembering who I am in my body, reconnecting with my womb, and gently untangling the shame and silence that can settle in after loss.
I talk about the rituals, the journaling practices, and the mindset shifts that have supported me in coming home to myself. One of the most grounding things helping me along the way is a nurturing blend of herbs Chamomile, Spearmint, Lavender, Cinnamon, Passionflower, Rose Petals, Red Raspberry Leaf, Rosemary, Skullcap, and Licorice Root. These plants have become a part of my self-care and emotional support ritual, holding me through the harder moments.
This episode is a soft space for anyone who’s felt disconnected or heavy in their body. If you’ve ever carried silent grief or felt like you were too much, you’re not. You are sacred. You are healing.
