What he's been able to do, the amount of wealth he's been able to create through real estate is staggering. And he's gotten very creative with it. He's done some partnerships. He's done some seller financing deals. He started age 25. He's 41 today. And what there is I want to get him on the podcast is to really show a roadmap of how real estate investing can truly change your life and how easy it can be. Honestly, it doesn't have to be this crazy, complicated thing we've helped. Last year alone, my real estate team sold over 180 properties to investors. Every one of these people is gaining wealth. They're creating a future for themselves that will be by design. And they're going to be in a really good position for the next 15, 20, the rest of our lives years. So I wanted to share with him some of the strategies that we use. He talks about a few. I talk about a few. But there's so much information here that you can feel that take out of it and use in your life. There's so much opportunity as investors are so many people with money right now. To be honest, it's pride. Never been more money in the economy than there is today in 2020.
