Forward 15 years and that same diary has been turned into a book and a publishers deal and is due for release Spring 2021.

This week's podcast is with Steve 'Jorg' Wilkins, who I first worked with when I was a young marine. After 24 years in the Royal Marines, Steve found the transition into civilian life difficult and shorty afterwards was diagnosed with PTSD/PTSI. After reaching out and getting the help he needed, he made the decision to retrain as a therapist and help not only veterans but anyone who is struggling with their mental health.

This weeks inspiring veteran is Martin '50 Cal' Stapleton, former Royal Marine who left the Corps to follow his passion for MMA (mixed martial arts). Not only did he open a gym and become a coach but he also earned a World Title as a MMA fighter.

Al Henry is spent 13 years in the British military and completed the All Arms Commando course so he could work with 3 Commando Brigade. Once a civvy he worked in Iraq on the CP circuit for 5 years before leaving that world behind and now runs a meal prep business with his with Steph and are living life on their terms.
