The WISE Huddle is where faith, neuroscience, and real life come together.

Hosted by performance neuroscientist and former collegiate coach Emily Kile, better known around the field as Coach Em, this podcast begins in sports but does not stay there. Because what happens on the field also happens in our homes, classrooms, workplaces, and relationships.

Some episodes are Coach WISE conversations for coaches, parents, and leaders. Others are Game Ready episodes created to help athletes understand themselves and prepare for the moments ahead. Together, we will explore what may be happening beneath our behaviors and reactions through physiology, psychology, biblical truth, and real-life experience.

Emily turns the nerdy science into practical wisdom you can use to perform, lead, connect, and live with greater intention. We are not just training people to perform. We are renewing minds, seeking God’s wisdom, and learning to show up well wherever God has placed us.

So Let’s huddle up.
