About Heather: Heather is a Gut-Brain Health Coach from Vancouver, BC. She helps people heal chronic IBS symptoms like bloating, constipation, brain fog and fatigue with holistic nutrition, herbs and nervous system toning. She has healed from concussions, SIBO (gut condition), and mold toxicity, and now helps others do the same. As an athlete, and spiritual data scientist, when she’s not working, you can find her out hiking in the mountains and meditating under the stars. She has spent many hours doing somatic therapy, meditation, and breathwork and has found profound benefits in healing her nervous system and integrates this into her work with clients. She has a BSc in Integrated Science: Biochemistry and Neuroscience, is a certified Gut Health Practitioner and partners with Microbiome Labs.
