In this episode I felt called to share a personal experience with you.

This week I celebrated my solar return aka birthday, it marked my 1/2 Century here on the Earthly Plane.

I have to admit the months preceding my birthday I was feeling pretty unhappy about turning the big 50, saying to Alex (my hubby) that I really didn’t want to turn 50.

Interestingly enough the closer the date came the more calm I started to feel, the angst I once felt had disappeared and I was left with an energy of wonder.

A wonder of what this next phase of my life would look like, my daughters are now adults, so this next period will look and feel different.
