Twelve days out, Harris County just smashed its midterm early-vote record, and Vivek Ramaswamy's Amy Acton ad has Ohio Republicans breaking ranks.

Brian and Glennis start in Ohio, where Ramaswamy's campaign is putting $4 million behind an ad featuring Acton's estranged mother, and a PAC tied to MAGA Inc. is mailing voters to boost socialist Greg Levy against Sherrod Brown. Then Jesse Watters tells Fox the GOP needs "fear porn," Trump sinks to 36% in the new Times/Siena poll, a record low for that survey, and Glennis unpacks Trump waiving most of the new Russia sanctions days before they kicked in.
