Reflect and let go of all kinds of self-sabotaging actions, take accountability for them,  readjust, free yourself of what is not working, release what is holding you back and be ready to move forward!

First, “The High Priestess, then “Awakening” and “release.”

Still a theme of transformation of changes, really in harmony with the past week and amazingly with the Full Moon in Capricorn. I am always amazed when it happens! So cool!

It’s time to go inward, contemplate, and reflect on what you really desire. It is an important step before starting anything.

Clarity and intuition come from inner searching and communing with the Divine. Trust yourself, the intuitive information you are receiving, and the signs you are perceiving.

It is really a time to rethink, reflect, see what is happening in your life from another perspective and see beyond what’s obvious.

You may feel limited right now but it is temporary, you are just getting ready for unexpected changes.

There is a strong desire for new beginnings and therefore a need for endings.

Some endings just happen to you and some are initiated by yourself, some are a breath of fresh air and others are more difficult…

Whatever the situation remember that you are assisted by the Divine and the Divine helpers.

A lot of change and transformation!

We are all becoming.

Surrender to your changes, release your fear, trust this powerful process.

= Today, I remember the infinite rhythm of life. I will not be afraid of the darkness for it is always followed by the light.

I will not be surprised when the light seems to fade for it is just a part of the process. I will not fear, I will embrace all that I am becoming and I welcome change.

Bless all in need of healing, hope, and love. Spirit grants us strength and wisdom and guides us to the path of Wellness.

= Today I also allow the Universe to show me the path to healing. I deserve vibrant good health and abundant energy.

My immune system works better every day. I now let go of all anxiety. I feel afflictions in me dissolve. I honor my wonderful body and I embrace my inner child. I will give myself all the love I need and I will heal my life and move forward.

Trust the process and be patient. Becoming can't be rushed. Change is beautiful.

= I embrace the transformation in my life. I will not be upset with things I cannot change, for change has its own timing. Instead, I will let go and flow into this powerful process.

Once it starts I know it will not stop. Right now I will have patience with myself, forgive myself and love myself. I know I am an amazing being on a journey to beautiful changes.

I already mentioned Grounding on the “Earth Day” and also the "9 easy ways to raise your Vibes" segments. Today, let’s talk a little more about it.

No, grounding is not a new-age trend, it’s very old and it simply means to come back down to earth, and re-center, re-connect ourselves.

With everything happening around us and in our digital age, it's more important than ever to ground ourselves.

The constant release of information from TV and social media platforms may become an addictive distraction and make it difficult to be completely aware of what's happening in the present moment in our life and to simply enjoy our life.

I) - What is Grounding and Why Is it Important?

II) - Some Benefits of Grounding:

• Stress and pain relief,
• Reduces inflammation,
• Improves mood, sleep, blood flow,
• Enhances healing and generates greater wellness in general,
• Restores balance, brings stability, more control with what is happening in our life,
• Improves clarity, motivation, and more…

III) - What does it mean to be ungrounded?

-You may feel very unfocused and your energy and thoughts can be scattered. Your mind is going everywhere, it’s very difficult to stay focus on a single idea.

-You may feel very disconnected from your life, like you are not really living it. It may feel like your life eludes/escapes you.

-You might not be as present or as receptive to yourself and your needs and also to other people. Therefore, you may experience communication problems. You may also feel isolated and disconnected from yourself and also disconnected to others.

-Your thoughts are consumed with what was or what could be instead of what is happening now.

-You lost your creativity, inspiration and happiness.

- Because of that, you may feel tired, exhausted, unbalanced, anxious and overwhelmed.

Are you relating to these? You are not alone. Millions of people live in unbalanced states of being. In fact, most people experience this state at least once in their lives and I would say, experience it many times during their lives.

Now, some solutions:

IV) - 5 Simple grounding tips to bring yourself in the present, find balance, and feel more connected:

1. The simplest and most well-known method is to walk in nature barefoot, at least 10 minutes…
2. Use all your senses: Notice 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch/feel, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste.
3. Whatever you do, be in the moment: Mindfulness exercises,
4. Breathwork and all mindfulness exercises,
5. Meditation and Yoga,

Practice grounding exercises as often as possible! You will feel the difference. Reconnect, Harmonize and Rejuvenate!

You may feel victim of circumstance instead of realizing that you are the co-creator of your destiny. Be aware and open of the synchronicity in your life and see how God or Spirit works with you, on your path, protecting you.

Even if you cannot see it, trust it to bring joy, understanding, and fulfillment to your life no matter what the present circumstances may be.

Shifting your perception will bring your power and inner magic back and bring you wholeness.

Remember, the Raven says: “Believe in magic and you cannot help but see it. Magic lives within the belief itself! Expect the unexpected and prepare to be amazed.”
