    Today I weighed in at 214.0, and I feel great.

    Yes, I’m celebrating the number, but I’m also celebrating how I feel. I feel lighter, stronger, encouraged, and reminded that consistency really does speak.

    This journey is not just about the scale. The scale gives information, but it does not tell the whole story. It cannot measure every choice, every prayer, every workout, every glass of water, every moment of discipline, or every time I kept going when I could have stopped.

    That is what Rethinking Weight™ is all about.

    I’m celebrating a win because I have released 14 pounds. This girl is non stop. Not because every day is easy, but because I keep coming back.

    Sometimes we think we are only working out the body, but we are also working out our habits, our mindset, our excuses, and the part of us that wants to quit too soon.

    Real progress happens when we stay with it long enough to see the change.
