FINALLY! Episode 25 is here (which is also the last episode)! I have came to a conclusion that Endometriosis and Acne might have a correlation, so I dug into researching it. Both Endo and acne is are both caused by "hormonal imbalance".

I said I was keeping the episode short, but it didn't happen the way I planned and it became 40ish minutes again.

This episode is basically me trying 1000mg of NAC but instead of Swanson, it's Spring Valley. In the end of the trial, I decided to stay with Swanson because it actually works against endometriosis. FYI!!! Most of what goes on in the episode is me just complaining about the NAC and how crappy I felt (includes boring life).

HEADS UP! This episode is a lot longer then how I usually have it because I am talking and describing every single day of my cycle of every month of the 3 months!!!

This trial was to see if it had any changes or effects to my cycle. In some sense it did, but since Endometriosis doesn't easily just go away on its own, I had to convert to NAC along with the underwear (later on). It's literally nothing but me blabbing about my life and how I felt and what I did (boring stuff).

Somewhere within this trial I was also taking / experimenting Spring Valley NAC to see how it goes so then I wouldn't have to buy it online. HEADS UP! SPRING VALLEY SUCKS! ESPECIALLY FOR ENDOMETRIOSIS!

So not too long ago, I came to a realization that "what if our health problems are caused by our pads?". I dug into some research and "SURPRISE!", our pads are made with infinite amount of harmful chemicals that's being absorbed into our bodies daily. So I made it my mission to 1) never or rarely wear them again, and 2) also save money and the environment. Which later on lead to me wearing period underwear.

It's so sad that you have to have about a dozen researchers from around the world, with different "ideas" to figure out what causes Endometriosis. While 50+ drug companies and doctors barely do squat for us. This is how I see it. In this episode, I read an article that I found which actually says what causes endo and what might actually help treat it, without surgery! Now all we need is to have this info more wide spread so everyone can hear and know about it.

In this episode, I do a lot of ranting and complaining because our health care has had zero improvement since it started. We need more and better surgeons for endometriosis. There are barely any surgeons who can perform excision surgery and for it to be less invasive, it's really sad no one wants to learn to do it if they're a gynecologist ( or going to be one).

LAST EPISODE I WAS SINGING WITH A MELODY FROM "IMAGINE DRAGONS" BUT CHANGED THE WORDS A BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT HUMANS DO FOR FUN / BOREDOM. I COULDN'T THINK WHERE I HEARD THAT RHYTHM FROM. THE OTHER SONG WAS THE THEME SONG FROM FREAKAZOID TV SHOW.

WARNINGS / UPDATE : 1). I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN SAYING ABBOTT ADMITS THAT WE ARE HUMAN. I RE-READ THE ARTICLE AND IT ACTUALLY SAID THAT HE SAID "The voters of Texas did not put me in office to allow women to be treated as humans".
