About this listen

Aaron and Morgan are a high school band director and a clinical social worker, talking about issues surrounding mental health, public education and a general inventory of how we're all coping with issues in the modern world. As a married couple, they discuss various topics through a lens of understanding and support for their clients, their students and each other. In a world that is increasingly divisive, and fraught with burnout and anxiety about the future, they hope to bring some light to help pave the way for stronger communities, relationships and senses of self, and maybe just help everyone cope a little better, no matter where we are at. Tune in every other week for new episodes.
