Her growing interest in the human condition eventually led her to study psychosynthesis psychology, psychotherapeutic counselling and life coaching at the Institute of Psychosynthesis and Middlesex University in London. She now brings her whole self to her practice as a Counsellor and Life Coach.  In this episode, we discussed the journey to understanding and deeply knowing ourselves.
