  • Something to Think About

    My culture shock during my experience back in the states. It hasn't been easy to come back here and deal with a more intensified reality due to consistent overload of stress, cortisol and attitudes of who gives a f*ck energy.


    I believe everything everywhere I go is GREAT. My experience is phenomenal because it is where you place your attention, but for all of those who tune in, I just want to say keep going.


    It will all be over someday.

  • Excellence vs Perfection.

    As an Athlete I always noticed that I was striving fro perfection when I was focused on believing I had something to prove. With a Nourished Mindset, I really believe that we are here for a reason. We go through up's and down's and that is fine. It is how we persist to continue without wasting time.
