Meditare è seguire i movimenti della nostra mente smettendo di affaccendarci in azioni, pensieri, preoccupazioni per il futuro, ricordi del passato. Meditare non è fare il vuoto intorno a noi. Anzi: è non separare i mondi, non dividere quel che consideriamo spirituale da quel che riteniamo ordinario. E i gesti quotidiani di cucinare, lavare i piatti, telefonare, pulire.
