Als wäre das allein nicht schon Grund genug zum Wundern, überlegt der Kunde tatsächlich, Heff einen Großauftrag zu vermitteln. Jedoch muss sich Heffs Firma erst einmal beweisen. Das offensichtliche Chaos, die Bademäntel tragenden oder ständig schlafenden Angestellten, der ständig nörgelnde Praktikant und nicht zuletzt Heffs eigene Inkompetenz machen keinen sonderlich vertrauenserweckenden Eindruck.
