The book wants to provide an analytical review of the implications of data in many different contexts. As a matter of fact, data are correlated to the legal, economic and personal contexts. Furthermore, the report presents the different perspectives concerning the usage of data and their impacts on the agents involved: data subject, data collector, and data processor. This in-depth analysis shows the importance of coordination among consumers, firms and policy makers.

International Law Unboxed explores global legal decisions, human rights, and sustainability in a clear and accessible way. Hosted by Leonel Lisboa, each episode unpacks cases and legislation, making international law practical and relevant for today’s world.

OUT-LINES in international law brings to the fore, and critically assesses, current issues concerning public international law. We focus on international human rights law, and international criminal law, and address inter-sectional and cross-cutting issues relevant to policymaking. Public seminars or podcasts are delivered each year as well as briefing notes. OUT-LINES is a non-exclusive collaboration between the Coalition for Genocide Response, Accountability Unit, IBA's Human Rights Institute and Manchester International Law Centre.
