When San Francisco Police Officer Mickey Driscoll is gunned down in the driveway of his suburban Bay Area home in broad daylight, the suspects are numerous. Thrown back in time, Santorray finds his ancestors being eradicated from existence by the Alchemists and the Altered Creatures military army they use to do their bidding. If they succeed, history will be changed, and Santorray will have never existed. The only weapon the injured and struggling villages have left is the newcomer, Santorray.
