Together we will explore the key components/barriers of self-image, self-worth, and self-esteem. We will use psychological research to dive deeper into the above topics. We will then discuss the connection between personalities & common mental health illnesses and personality traits using the Meyer-Briggs & Enneagram personality tests, and other research-based theories. Near the end of each episode, we will answer some common questions & bust a few myths about the above topics. The goal of this podcast is to help us learn and understand ourselves better and tap into our full potential.
