I left home after high school with the intention of becoming a teacher and a coach. My roommates were all accounting majors so I thought that sounded like a better profession. Bad move on my part. But, 27 years after graduating from high school, I followed my dream and got my first teaching job. Here's some thoughts on why I think teaching is a fantastic career. Enjoy!
