John Nathan-Turner was the ninth - and longest-serving - producer of classic Doctor Who, running the show from 1980 until it was effectively cancelled in 1989. In this candid memoir, he looks back over his years working on the series.

The legend dates back to Roman times, at least: a great White Worm, as wide as a man, slithers out of the rocks of the Dark Peak Gap to take animals, sometimes even children, for its food. When the Doctor and Leela arrive in the wilds of Derbyshire only to get caught up in the hunt for a missing girl, they soon discover that the legend of the Worm is very much alive - even now, in 1979. Worse still, it seems that the Doctor isn't the only renegade Time Lord on the trail of this deadly and mysterious Worm....

The continuing adventure of Henry Gordon Jago and George Litefoot, characters first introduced on television in Doctor Who: The Talons of Weng-Chiang (1977), who have become Infernal Investigators, solving mysteries involving paranormal or alien phenomena in 1880s London. This release features four full-cast audio dramas plus a behind-the-scenes documentary.

Charlotte Pollard's adventures are over. She escaped death aboard the R101 and travelled in time and space - but now in the service of the monolithic, unknowable Viyrans, their unending mission is stifling her. Nicholas Courtney, the man behind Brigadier Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart, remembers his time on Doctor Who, from The Web of Fear to Battlefield - and beyond! He's seen off Daleks, Cybermen and Yeti. He's witnessed Giant Robots running amok, met himself in the future and saved the world from the life-devouring Destroyer. He is, of course, Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart, alias actor Nicholas Courtney.
