Ogni molecola di cibo o bevanda deve essere ossigenata, per poter essere in grado di cedere ai tessuti e al sangue il nutrimento e trasformare i residui e le scorie in modo tale, da poter venire eliminate. Riassumendo: povertà di ossigeno = nutrizione carente, purificazione imperfetta, salute cagionevole. Perché respirare è vivere. Chi sa respirare, ha molte minori probabilità di raffreddarsi e di solito ha una circolazione talmente vigorosa e tale abbondanza di sangue, che sa reagire positivamente di fronte a qualsiasi cambiamento di temperatura.
