The Bearded Advocate is a podcast focused around helping spread awareness and education for those living with a chronic illness, chronic pain or a disability. On this podcast i will share my experiences living with Ulcerative Colitis as well as invite others on the show to share there experiences.

I am just a 20 year old kid who loves helping others in any way possible. My main focus right now is to inspire others to start doing things that make them happy. I hope to inspire others to start understanding the happiness and optimistic mindset and understand how this can affect your life.
