Inspired by quiet walks through the Devon countryside with my dog, Draco, each episode is a space to slow down, breathe, and talk about the things men don’t always say out loud — from relationships and running, to belonging and the search for peace. I’m Feyi Disu — a Nigerian living in the UK — and this podcast is my way of making room for honest conversations that remind us we’re not alone, no matter where the lane leads.
