But carrying the promises of God often means being stretched, being inconvenienced, and being patient to nourish those promises until it is God's time for them to be born.

None of us run ultras because we want the “easy button,” but at the same time we sometimes face them with unrealistic expectations. Heidi Baker and Michelle Goldberg are both experienced ultrarunners and UESCA Certified ultrarunning coaches who want to help you unpack and understand the race that didn’t go quite as planned, and show you how they are opportunities for growth, learning and resilience building. Bringing in guests of all running and experience levels, we want to encourage you to embrace the challenges, welcome the mistakes, and thrive in the struggles.
