Each season, Megumi plays a different main character, and Jordan plays the role of the Game Master (the person who presents Megumi's character with the setting, other characters, and the conflict). Gute Freunde schicken viele Grüße! Seehundchen auf der Seehundinsel vermisst seinen kleinen Freund Waldo, der mittlerweile am Kap der Wale lebt. Da hat Postbotin Robbe eine Idee: Wie wäre es, wenn die beiden sich schreiben würden? Gesagt, getan - Seehundchen und Waldo beginnen, sich Briefe zu schreiben. Doch eines Tages soll Robbie, der Lehrling von Postbotin Robbe, die Zustellung übernehmen und verirrt sich im weiten Meer. Dabei lernt Robbie viele neue Freunde kennen, wie den Seeotter Puck und das Delfinmädchen Finchen.

Der Walprofessor treibt einsam in der Walsee und gibt sich seinen Träumen hin. Da erreicht ihn ein Brief des kleinen Wal-Jungen Waldo, der ihn besuchen kommen will. Und auch drei Sportsfreunde aus Jugendtagen tauchen auf. Gemeinsam fassen die Wale einen Plan gegen die Langeweile: Olympische Spiele am Kap der Wale! Alle kommen, um teilzunehmen: Robbe, Pinguin mit seiner Familie und natürlich Freundin Giraffe aus dem fernen Afrika. Und mit einem Mal ist Siegen gar nicht mehr so wichtig, wenn man einfach nur zusammen sein kann.

Giraffe wohnt in der afrikanischen Savanne. Ihre Tage verlaufen eintönig und sie sehnt sich nach einem Freund. Also beschließt sie, einen Brief zu schreiben. "Du sollst ihn dem ersten Tier geben, das dir begegnet", sagt sie zu Pelikan, der gerade einen Postdienst eröffnet. Und so findet der Brief seinen Weg zu Pinguin, der weit entfernt am Walsee lebt. Eine echte Brieffreundschaft entsteht. Und eines Tages beschließt Giraffe, ihren Freund zu besuchen.
