I'm Rashmi Sundaram, and I started Let's Talk because healing begins when you stop carrying things alone. This channel is for anyone navigating their mental health journey; whether you're in therapy, considering it, or simply seeking self-understanding. In each episode, I speak with therapists, researchers, and people with lived experiences about the conversations we often keep private. You'll find honest stories, practical insights, and a supportive community. I'm a Mental Health Facilitator and Supervised Practitioner in Psychodrama, Sociometry, and Group Therapy.
