An alarming 39 percent of workers in high-tech companies believe they are depressed, as reported by PC Magazine in December 2018. Seventy-two percent of people who have daily stress and anxiety say it interferes with their lives - anxiety and stress alone have reduced productivity by 56 percent. Previous generations used to say, "Work harder," but we've now learned we must "work smarter." Polak has practiced and tested his methods in hundreds of opportunities. He feels that every individual and business should have these tools, and will share them with us here. 

In a distant land far from the comforts of his own bedroom, Emet embarks on a remarkable journey. This land is inhabited by wondrous creatures: golden monkeys, pink elephants, and the intriguing Ishkadees. These mystical beings possess medicinal powers known only to pure souls under the age of nine. Unlike the usual bedtime stories told by his father, this tale becomes a stark reality for Emet. With just ten days left before his ninth birthday, he must undertake a treacherous journey to seek an Ishkadee’s healing abilities to save his ailing mother.
